PRIVACY POLICY
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 16, 2026
Draft — pending human/legal review. This page was updated to describe OVRIA’s manual, off-platform enrollment and payment process, replacing the previous automatic Paddle checkout. The wording below is factual and non-binding-guarantee by design, but has not yet been reviewed by counsel.
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how OVRIA Learning (“OVRIA,” “we,” “us” or “our”) handles information in connection with our website and courses. It applies to visitors, learners and customers of OVRIA Learning.
2. Information OVRIA may collect
Depending on how you use OVRIA Learning, we may collect:
- Your name and email address
- Account information
- Access-request details you submit for a course — full name, account email, phone number, country and city, and any optional message
- Enrollment and course-access records
- Course progress and completion information
- Support communications you send us
- Basic device, security and usage information
We do not ask for or collect your full postal/street address — OVRIA courses are digital, with nothing shipped to you.
3. How information is used
We use the information described above to:
- Provide accounts and course access
- Contact you to complete enrollment after you submit an access request
- Save your progress through a course
- Issue Certificates of Completion
- Provide support when you contact us
- Help prevent fraud and keep the platform secure
- Improve OVRIA Learning as a service
- Meet our legal obligations
4. Payments
OVRIA Learning does not collect payment details through the website. Payment is arranged directly between you and a member of the OVRIA team, off-platform, after you submit an access request. OVRIA does not store your full payment-card or bank details.
5. Service providers
We may work with trusted service providers, such as hosting, infrastructure and email-delivery providers, who process information on our behalf solely to help us operate OVRIA Learning.
6. Legal bases where applicable
Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply to our processing of your information, we rely on legal bases including the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving OVRIA Learning, compliance with legal obligations, and, where required, your consent.
7. International data transfers
OVRIA and the service providers we use may operate or store information in different countries. Where information is transferred internationally, we aim to rely on appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
8. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide OVRIA Learning, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to help protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. User privacy rights
Depending on your location, applicable law may give you rights over your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your information, to receive a copy of it, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@ovrialearning.com.
12. Children’s privacy
OVRIA Learning is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
13. Changes to the policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use OVRIA Learning after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Contact information
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your information, contact us at support@ovrialearning.com.
