REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy
Last updated: September 16, 2026
Draft — pending human/legal review. This page was updated to describe OVRIA’s manual, off-platform enrollment and payment process, replacing the previous automatic Paddle checkout. The wording below is factual and non-binding-guarantee by design, but has not yet been reviewed by counsel.
1. Manual enrollment and payment
OVRIA Learning does not charge you automatically at checkout. Payment is arranged directly with a member of the OVRIA team, off-platform, after you submit an access request. This policy describes how refunds are handled for that arrangement.
2. No separate automatic guarantee
OVRIA does not provide a separate automatic money-back guarantee beyond what is described in this policy.
3. When payments may be refunded
Payments are generally non-refundable once course access has been granted, unless one of the following applies:
- Applicable law provides you with a withdrawal or refund right
- The product is materially defective, inaccessible, or not as described
- OVRIA approves a discretionary refund request
4. Discretionary refund requests
OVRIA may review discretionary refund requests submitted within 14 days of your access being granted. Submitting a request within this window does not guarantee that it will be approved.
5. Mandatory consumer rights
Mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the law of your region always apply and are not limited by this policy.
6. Withdrawal rights for digital content
Where legally permitted, withdrawal rights for digital content may end once access to the course begins, if you have expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged the resulting loss of your withdrawal right.
7. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact support@ovrialearning.com directly, referencing the course and the payment arrangement made with our team.
8. Technical access issues
If you are having trouble accessing a course you have been granted access to, please contact support@ovrialearning.com first so we can try to resolve the issue.
9. Access after a refund
When a full refund is issued for a course, your access to that course ends.
10. Fraud and refund abuse
Fraud, refund abuse and payment-dispute misuse may result in restriction of your OVRIA account.
11. Refund processing times
Refund processing times depend on the payment method used for the original off-platform payment arrangement.
